To Find Out If a Trip is Returning on Time:
1. If, for any reason, our return home will be 15 minutes or later past the scheduled return time of 10:45p.m., a message will be placed on the Youth to Youth voice mail by 10:00 p.m. If delays occur on our way home after 10:00 p.m. we will update the message closer to 10:30. This information can be accessed by dialing 834-6413 (please hang up before you can leave a message). If there is no message, you can assume that the trip is running as scheduled.
To Find Out if a Trip is Canceled due to Weather:
1. If the weather warrants that we cancel the trip, a decision will be made by 2:00 p.m. the day of the trip. Feel free to call the cancellation line (834-6413) after 9:00am, but we reserved the right to cancel as late as 2:00 pm. If school is dismissed early for the day because of snow, the trip is automatically canceled. Please be aware that school closing in the morning due to snow does not necessarily cancel our ski trips. A message will be on our voicemail by 2:00 p.m. if we decide to cancel the trip (834-6413). Any cancellations due to illness or injury must be received by Tuesday of the trip in order to receive a refund. Full credit will only be given if a wait list exists, or if we can refund you without incurring financial loss.
