Our History
The Wilton Youth Council was established by a concerned group of parents following a 1980s survey showing a marked increase in underage drinking among youth in the community. Findings indicated a need for better communication and inter-disciplinary organization amoung our schools, police, town government and parents groups to combat this and other risky behaviors.
